Cancellation Policy

At Harry’s Tandoor, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Please review our cancellation policy for our private chef services, food truck and tandoor privatisations:

Refund Policy for Event Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel the event, a partial refund will be possible, excluding the service fee.

  • A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made with over two months’ notice before the scheduled event.

  • A 10% refund will be given for cancellations made under a month’s notice before the scheduled event.

  • Refunds are not possible for cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled event.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation date.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your booking, please contact us at harrystandoor@gmail.com as soon as possible.

  • Please provide your booking details for faster processing.

Exceptions:

  • If the client and chef come to an agreement before the payment is made, and the client wishes to make changes that do not suit the agreement they made prior with the chef, the client will be required to cancel our services, and the refund policy will apply.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule the service or event without additional fees.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

By booking with Harry’s Tandoor, you agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Please note that as this cancellation policy is subject to change, we recommend reviewing it periodically for any updates — we strive to maintain fair and consistent policies and will communicate any changes transparently.
